| High-speed rail is an important part of a country’s economic and social development and is of great significance to its economic development."Made in China" has provided a guarantee for the rapid development of China’s high-speed rail industry,while the progress of China’s high-speed rail technology has provided a strong support for "Created in China".As the core operating equipment of high-speed railways,high-speed bullet trains play an important role in major national strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative and Made in China 2025 Initiative.By December 2022,the country had built 155,000 km of railway lines,42,000 km of which were high-speed ones,and had 4,153 high-speed bullet trains,the largest number in the world.With bullet trains,people can travel in a safer and more comfortable way,relieving the pressure on transportation.The rapid development of high-speed rail networks and urban areas promotes efficient allocation of resources and contributes to rapid economic development.The safety problems and related management of EMU trains in high speed operation have also attracted wide attention.This thesis studies the risk identification,risk evaluation and risk control of the whole life cycle of the EMU in Enterprise A.First of all,the whole life cycle of the EMU in Enterprise A is analyzed,which is divided into three stages of the new construction of the EMU,operation and maintenance,and decommissioning disposal.The key factors affecting the risks of the whole life cycle of the EMU are analyzed respectively,and the risk list is preliminarily determined.Secondly,questionnaires were sent to the expert team,who accurately identified the above risk list,determined various risks at each stage,and constructed the risk evaluation index system for the whole life cycle of the EMU in Enterprise A.Thirdly,carry out risk assessment.Using analytic hierarchy process,the weight value of each index in the index system is calculated.Through questionnaire survey,the judgment matrix of risk evaluation index is constructed,and then the feature vector is calculated.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively and systematically evaluate the risks in each stage of the whole life cycle of the EMU in Enterprise A,and the corresponding evaluation results are obtained.Finally,the evaluation results are analyzed from multiple perspectives.First,according to the index system weight analysis;The second is based on the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Combined with the actual situation of enterprise A,this thesis makes clear the focus and direction of risk control in the whole life cycle of EMU,determines the risk countermeasures of various risks in each stage and the necessary measures for risk management and control.The risk management of EMU whole life cycle of an enterprise is analyzed deeply,and shows that the safety security system of EMU in our country is very reliable and practical,and the research results have practical significance to our country project risk management level improvement.At the same time,it also provides a useful reference for the development of other industries. |
