In the environment of national construction of high-speed railway and passenger dedicated railway,the contradiction between strict project construction standards and relatively backward railway construction management is becoming more and more obvious.In order to achieve the railway construction standards in the new era,construction enterprises must innovate management concepts,find more effective management modes,and ensure the implementation of all-round management of project construction.The fine management theory is based on the scientific management theory of Taylor,the father of scientific management in the United States at the end of the 19 th century.It originated from the lean construction theory proposed by Toyota in 1950,and then developed into a modern management concept and management technology.In this paper,based on the present situation and existing problems of the fine construction management of A railway station project,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the fine construction management of A project.Through the form of expert questionnaire,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are used to establish the evaluation system,construct the judgment matrix,and quantitatively analyze the indicators in the process of fine management of A project construction,so as to obtain the evaluation results of fine managemen.Based on the current situation of fine construction management of A railway station project,this paper designs a questionnaire to investigate the fine construction management of A project.By issuing and recycling the questionnaire to the relevant experts of A project,the effective evaluation data are obtained,and the reliability of the questionnaire is analyzed from the confirmatory factor and questionnaire reliability to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire.Then according to A project fine management objectives and project characteristics,combined with expert questionnaire to determine the evaluation index,construct the fine management evaluation system.The AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model is introduced to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to comprehensively evaluate the fine management level of each index,and the evaluation results of 11first-level indexes of A project are obtained.They are divided into three grades : good,qualified and unqualified,so as to determine the overall situation of the fine management direction for further improvement.Through the evaluation and analysis of A railway station project,it is found that 8indexes are good,3 indexes are qualified and there is no unqualified index.The management objectives can be basically met,and the construction technology management,production schedule management and project information management can be optimized to further improve the fine management level of the whole project.This study is the first to study the perspective of railway station construction,which provides important support for improving the theoretical system of fine management in construction.From a practical point of view,it is hoped to provide reference for similar projects to solve problems and provide reference for enterprises to further improve the fine management of railway station buildings.
