With the impact of changes in the international environment,the domestic economic growth rate has slowed down significantly,and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the construction industry and enterprises are also facing unprecedented challenges.At present,there are a large number of small and medium-sized private construction enterprises in China,and there are widespread problems such as extensive management,weak technology research and development capacity,serious waste of resources and malicious low-cost competition,which seriously restrict the sustainable and stable development of the industry.Faced with such a severe competition pattern,enterprises must broaden their horizons,and formulating development strategies from a strategic perspective has become the most critical link in the development of construction enterprises.In this regard,this paper focuses on the development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises from the strategic perspective,in-depth analysis and discussion,in order to obtain the enterprise stable progress,sustainable development of the strategic direction and corresponding measures,and thus to achieve high-quality development and competition breakthrough pattern.Taking LK construction company as the research object,this paper combs and analyzes the macro environment and industry competitive environment of the company through PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model,and then through the study of the company’s internal conditions,understands the company’s current development status and business status,sets goals for the company’s future development,and analyzes the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats through SWOT matrix analysis method,On this basis,it puts forward the company’s development strategy and specific implementation plans at the business and functional levels.Finally,it formulates corresponding safeguard measures according to the strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.Through the research,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)LK construction company’s overall strategy should be to make progress in stability,build strategic alliances,and use its own advantages to avoid threats,that is,the combined strategy of reverse strategy and diversification strategy.(2)At present,the competition in the housing construction market is fierce and the profits are gradually reduced.The construction of infrastructure will be the focus of the company’s business expansion in the future.(3)In order to implement the development strategy smoothly,the company should design strategic safeguard measures from the aspects of organizational structure,risk management and control,human resources,corporate culture and so on.
