| Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are the backbone of promoting the development of the national economy and manufacturing industry.With the start of the trade war between China and the United States,the manufacturing industries of major countries in Europe and the United States have returned.The international situation of China’s manufacturing industry is still not optimistic,especially for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.In today’s digital economy era,we must pay attention to the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.This can also effectively solve various problems encountered in the development process,improve the development environment and also realize transformation and upgrading as soon as possible.For small and medium-sized enterprises,they should form their own competitive advantages in the process of development to achieve sustainable long-term development of the enterprise.This work starts with a brief introduction of related theories(“digital transformation”,“integration of IT application and industrialization”,etc.),and make a brief analysis of the friction material industry and market where Century Friction Company is located.Then,it uses PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis,SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis tools to analyze the internal and external environment and competitive advantages and disadvantages of Century Friction Company,which provides a research basis for the company’s strategic planning and specific implementation.Secondly,it makes a detailed decomposition of the strategic positioning and planning of Century Friction Company,proposes the overall strategic goal of the company,and formulates a digital transformation strategy.Then,taking the integration management system of industrialization and industrialization as the starting point,based on the combination of theory and practice,it summarizes the relevant work points of the current digital transformation,and guides enterprises to carry out digital transformation related work which is practically suited to their own development,so as to maintain the continuous leadership of enterprise development.Finally,combing strategic analysis and planning of digital transformation,this work summarizes the countermeasures for the implementation of the digital transformation strategy of Century Friction Company from the aspects of data governance system,organizational structure,financial supervision and technical level.This provides a direction and certain reference value for other enterprises to seek a digital transformation and upgrading path suitable for their own development. |
