| With the sophistication and complexity of industrial equipment,the disassembly and maintenance of equipment has become more and more difficult.The solution to the traditional disassembly sequence planning problem relies too much on experience,and it also consumes a lot of working time.In many cases,professionals are far away from the industrial site,it is impossible to communicate directly with the scene,and the use of traditional voice calls or video calls has the problem of too abstract expression and guidance.When the disassembly work requires the cooperation of others and the guidance of many people,the problem will become more difficult to handle.In view of the above situation,this paper designs an augmented reality remote guidance system,presents an improved artificial bee colony algorithm for disassembly sequence planning,and integrates it with the guidance system.The main researches are as follows:Firstly,according to the requirements of the remote guidance system,an augmented reality guidance system framework including a main field terminal,a secondary field terminal and three remote terminals is given.the work develops guidance and prompt functions including permission granting,video transmission,camera pose sending and receiving.The cloud server is used as the platform to build the remote data transmission system required for the guidance system.the work uses modeling software to carry out 3D modeling of part of the equipment on the field side,so that they can be displayed in augmented reality in the guidance system.Secondly,the work models the target device and formulates evaluation indexes.The work determines the disassembly information table of the main site valve group and establishes the connection matrix and the interference matrix in the disassembly directions.In addition to the conventional disassembly direction change times index and tool replacement times index,operability and stability index is also added to the evaluation index.This index can ensure the stability of the system during the disassembly process,and at the same time make the disassembly process more reasonable,avoiding the situation that the disassembly behavior is too chaotic because of reducing the number of changes in the disassembly directions and the number of tool replacements simply.Then,an improved artificial bee colony algorithm for disassembly sequence planning is presented.Based on the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm,the algorithm improves the generation method of the initial solution,and adds sequence feasibility judgment in the process of the algorithm.At the same time,two more suitable neighborhood search operators for disassembly sequence planning are given.The first operator is for a single object in the sequence,and the second operator is for the connected and continuous set objects in the sequence.Then the work compares and discusses the specific scheme of the complete neighborhood search operator of the improved artificial bee colony algorithm,and decides to use the two kinds of operators alternately and take the second operator as the initial operator as the complete neighborhood search method.Finally,the algorithm is made into a DLL embedded in the guidance system,and the system is used to conduct the experimental verification of the valve group disassembly guidance on the main field end.The practicability and intuition of the algorithm combined with the guidance system are proved according to the process of the main site-side disassembly sequence animation generation function.And the work takes the sub-site hydraulic table as an example to verify the feasibility of the related functions of sensor data receiving. |
