Disassembly sequence planning is one of the most important researches in the field of disassembly. A good disassembly sequence not only guarantees the disassembly feasibility and low complexity, but also ensures that the lower cost and shorter remove time. Disassembly sequence planning has great effect on the removal efficiency and cost for product, and the result of the planning plays an important role in the product design, production, maintenance and recycling. Based on the research status at home and abroad, a depth research occurs on the key technology of product disassembly sequence planning, and a set of methods have been put forward on product disassembly sequence generation, evaluation and optimization.In order to achieve effective disassembly sequence planning, a method that simplified interference matrix for disassembly sequence planning has been put forward. First of all, according to the interference between parts, the interference matrix model of product has been established, which turns the product disassembly information into mathematical model. Then, the interference matrix is simplified according to its nature, and every simplified is equivalent of a removed parts. In the end, disassembly sequence can be got by the result of simplifying.The disassembly method of simplifying interference matrix model is simple and direct, but it is very difficult to establish model when the product parts is large, because the dimensions of the matrix interference is equal to the number of parts, and the large numbers of product parts will lead to the combination explosion problem. In order to solve this problem, modularization disassembly is put forward from the perspective of disassembly. Firstly, a modularization disassembly model is constructed which is called Hierarchy Structure Graph. Then we establish an interference matrix on every gradation to record the relationship in product part, and we can get disassembly sequence on every gradation by simplifying the interference matrix. At last, we get whole disassembly sequence by lining up the disassembly sequence on every gradation. Modularization disassembly decreases the number of parts which need to analyze, reduces the complexity of assembly disassembly research, and improves the efficiency of disassembly.In order to solve the evaluation problem that modularization disassembly get multiple disassembly sequence based on modular interference matrix model, the multiple disassembly sequence evaluation index and optimization choice are used. In the case of that disassembly time relevant data is unavailable, the least part number is the first evaluation index, after again with redirection number optimization, finally the disassembly sequence was optimized. More conditions and priority selection methods can reduce optimization range step by step, and avoid that the multi-index optimization may result in sequence of conflict effectively.In the end, a program is developed by Microsoft Visual C++6.0, which is used to generate disassembly sequence planning of product. The program contains multiple modules, and gives priority to with a graphical interface, which is easy to master. The product disassembly process can be guided effectively by this program.
