With the rapid development of Chinese market economy,the competition between market entities become increasingly fierce by the way of the modernized management,during the process of improving performance,enterprises respect every dedicated employee based on the people-oriented principles.Meanwhile,in order to improve the professional ability of all departments of the enterprise staff and the sense of belonging to the enterprise,enterprises cultivate the professional skills of employees in various forms trying to meet their requirements and aspirations at work,and improve and optimize the training in different aspects such as time or specific content for purpose of enhancing the happiness of employees at work and making them have a stronger sense of belonging to the enterprise.As a result,the vision of shared development and growth of each employee and the enterprise will be realized.This paper starts from the actual situation of A architectural decoration company,based on in-depth research on basic theories of the overview of the training,overview of ADDIE training Model,learning organization theory,human capital training theory,etc,adopting methods such as data viewing,questionnaire survey and individual conversation.Then,the current situation of human resources of A Architectural Decoration Company have been investigated and summarized.At the same time,aiming at the current situation of the staff training system of A Architectural Decoration Company,the training system investigation and analization are from four dimensions :organization and management,training courses,teacher training and training implementation,and points out the existing problems and reasons.On this basis,according to the Matching principle,sustainable principle,win-win principle and dynamic opening principle of the optimization of training system for A architectural decoration company,The objectives of the training have been optimized.Combined with the relevant theories of ADDIE system training model and the actual situation of A architectural decoration Company,the design idea and model of its training system are optimized.Specific optimization scheme mainly includes six aspects: refining management requirements,optimizing training plans and curriculum content arrangement,enhancing comprehensive ability for more effective instructor training,perfecting training implementation process,improving the training effect evaluation system and promoting the training management system.In order to effectively ensure that the training system of A Architectural Decoration Company can run smoothly,this paper puts forward some supporting measures from organizational guarantee,system guarantee and resource guarantee,which can improve the effect of training and achieve the training objectives.In addition to improving the effect of staff training,the optimization of the staff training system can greatly improve the professional quality and skills of employees,and enhance the comprehensive strength of the company in many aspects.By means of improving individual abilities to improve the company’s comprehensive ability,A Architectural Decoration Company can improve competitiveness in the market and get more economic benefits,which promotes the staff and enterprise to achieve win-win through effective training.
