Electric power companies have played an indispensable role in Chinese economic development,and have contributed more and more to society.The rapid development of electric power enterprises cannot be separated from the support of talents,and strengthening of employee training is an important guarantee to improve their competitiveness.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the issue of employee training in electric power enterprises.This article takes Taizhou Jiaojiang Electric Power Company as the research object,adopts literature research method and questionnaire survey method,and uses analysis tools such as Excel 2013 to study its staff training system.The results show:(1)Company training mainly manifests as follows: it is mainly based on theoretical training,and takes the form of overall training and group training;the training goal is to improve skills,but it still lacks in terms of adaptability to the post,feedback,and improvement mechanisms.;Employee satisfaction with training is not high.(2)The reasons are: the training system is not perfect,the training plandoes not match the corporate strategy,the training content is not targeted,and the training feedback mechanism is lacking.(3)The improvement measures mainly include: establishing a diversified training system and training forms,strengthening the construction of employee training plans based on corporate strategies,and improving the significance of training results.Establish and improve employee training feedback mechanisms.Through the research in this article,Jiaojiang Electric Power Company will continue to optimize its own training mechanism,and then promote the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise on the basis of improving development capabilities.
