| With the continuous progress of diesel engine control strategies,the number and types of electronic components in marine diesel electronic control systems continue to increase.At the same time,with the advancement of ship intelligence,marine electrical equipment continues to increase,and the electromagnetic environment for marine diesel electronic control systems is increasing.complex.The power integrity problem has become a problem that needs to be considered in the design of marine diesel electronic control system.In order to ensure the working reliability of the power supply of the electric control system and the timeliness of power transmission,this paper starts from the reliability design and power integrity design of the power supply module,and does the following research:According to the function of the diesel engine speed control system,analyze the type of power supply required by the diesel engine speed control system,and reasonably design the topological structure of the power module.Starting from the fault-tolerant design of the power module,the power module’s isolation,filtering,temperature monitoring,over-voltage and under-voltage alarms,over-voltage and under-voltage protection circuits are designed to improve the reliability of the power module’s work,and the circuit is adjusted by building a simulation circuit model.The function was verified;from the perspective of the reliability of the electronic components of the power module,the correctness of the derating design and the tolerance design was verified through simulation.From the perspective of power transmission,combined with the actual parameters of the diesel engine speed control system,the VRM model,power supply/ground plane model,and load model of the diesel engine speed control system power distribution network are established,and their correctness is verified.And on this basis,the design of the decoupling network is carried out;after the PCB board is drawn,the ANSYS EM software is used to correctly establish the model of the power distribution network of the diesel engine speed control system,extract the parameters of each component,and complete the power supply.Performance analysis verified the correctness of the power integrity design of the diesel engine speed control system;through SIwave’s adaptive decoupling network optimization design method,the diesel engine speed control system decoupling network was optimized. |
