With the development of the times,now employees have completed the accumulation of knowledge and skills,and began to enter the career development.In the promotion period,some began to play the backbone in the workplace,at the same time,they also began to shoulder the burden of family.For employees,promotion and pressure are undoubtedly huge cost of work and life.Compared with the old employees,the growth background of today’s employees has its unique characteristics of the times: the only child,the reform of higher education,the change of the times,the great conflict and fusion between the eastern and Western cultures.Therefore,in terms of personality cha racteristics,psychological needs and values,groups have their own particularity.For example,they advocate self-worth and self-awareness,and have high expectations for their careers Enjoy challenging jobs and change jobs easily.In the era of knowledge economy,the source of company competitiveness is the competition of human capital in the final analysis.So how to retain and motivate employees,how to mobilize their work initiative and enthusiasm,and how to reshape the sense of achievement and satisfaction that work can bring to them are very important tasks.This paper takes the employee incentive problem of Sino Russian joint venture Dongfang energy company as the research object,adopts the method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to investigate the incentive factors valued by employees,and then analyzes the employees’ needs.Combined with the company’s background,it studies the employee incentive problems,and explores the establishment of a comprehensive incentive system to improve the salary,corporate culture,personal growth,career development,etc In order to maintain the core competitiveness of the company in the in creasingly fierce market competition,the incentive mechanism can mobilize their initiative and enthusiasm in the work,and satisfy their desire for the realization of their sense of achievement and self-worth.
