Research On Application Of Project Management In Small Nuclear Power Technology Service Enterprises

With the rapid development of China’s nuclear power industry,a large number of nuclear power technology service enterprises have emerged in recent years.Limited by the size of the company and in order to ensure the quality of technical service,small enterprises often choose to meet the requirements of nuclear power plant owners in order to ensure the realization of nuclear safety as the overall project management objectives in the process of nuclear power plant technical service project management.As a result,small enterprises often pay more attention to technology than management or product quality than management quality when engaged in nuclear power technical service projects,which leads to lots of problems such as low technical service quality,high cost and low efficiency.The research on the application of project management in small nuclear power technology service enterprises is helpful to solve these problems.By analyzing the overall planning and implementation of nuclear power plant,the characteristics of small enterprises and the characteristics of nuclear power technology service projects,the application scope of project management in small nuclear power technology service enterprises is specific to nuclear power plant overhaul projects.The project management of small nuclear power technical service enterprises is an integral part of the technical service management of nuclear power plant overhaul and will be under the overall management of nuclear power plant.By studying the technical service management in the overhaul of nuclear power plant,the basic requirements of project management of small nuclear power technology service enterprises are summarized,and the management model of small nuclear power technology service project is built on this basis.In this model,the process is based on the experience of small enterprises,and the feedback and adjustment steps in the traditional plan-execution-supervisor-feedback-adjustment model are replaced by experience control.In this paper,a representative case of nuclear power technology service project of a small enterprise is investigated,and its data and specific process are summarized,and the problems in the process are analyzed and solved.Finally,it is concluded that this study can give full play to the experience advantages of small enterprises and improve the limited resources of small enterprises in the process of nuclear power technical service project management,which can provide experience for relevant practitioners.
