Study Of Ceramic Mural Design In Rail Space

With the continuous improvement of urban transportation system,the development of Rail Space is paying more and more attention to the quality of service,especially sensory and psychological service.Traditionally,the kind of uniform and one-sided railway space can no longer meet people’s diversified aesthetic needs.As a ceramic material that is both humanistic,artistic and functional,ceramic murals have the possibility to intervene in Rail Space since the day they were "introduced" to public art by artists,and subsequently a large number of practices have sprung up,thus providing rich examples for this paper "Ceramic Murals in Rail Space".The article is based on a wide range of data collection through case studies,comparative analysis,field research and literature analysis.In the first chapter of the text,we briefly introduce the development of Rail Space and environmental ceramics,and analyze the development of ceramic murals in Rail Space in the context of the development of public art.The second chapter specifically discusses the design of ceramic murals in Rail Space,and at the same time,in comparison with the design of ceramic murals in exhibition space,carefully demonstrates the limitations of ceramic mural design in Rail Space,including four major aspects: the constraint of space modeling,the complexity of engineering implementation,the urgency of dwell time,and the limited appreciation.Based on the design factors of ceramic murals,the third chapter illustrates in detail the design of ceramic murals in Rail Space in terms of the standardization of design themes,the diversity of mural forms,the primary and secondary aspects of composition,and the composition of artistic effects,respectively,which should be designed around the characteristics of the environment and tailored to local conditions.The last section of the paper focuses on the specific role of ceramic murals in Rail Space and the future outlook.On the one hand,it is pointed out that ceramic murals in Rail Space can express the culture,art and culture of the city,and can ease the anxious atmosphere in Rail Space.On the other hand,through the prospect of ceramic mural design in Rail Space,we try to depict the design trend of ceramic mural in humanistic orientation and digital orientation in the future.
