With the rapid development of maritime economy,the stress of marine management is gradually increased.And the ship real-time monitoring and control system can reduce the stress to a certain extent.But for now,most of the ship real-time monitoring systems are built based on the PC.With the popularity of smart phones represented by Android and IOS,mobile applications are becoming more and more widely available.So that,it is possible to build a real-time monitoring system for shipping based on intelligent mobile terminals.In this dissertation,a real-time monitoring system based on Android is studied.The real-time monitoring system is extended from PC to mobile phone.So that,the ship supervisor can query the ship’s dynamic information through the mobile phone terminal without stay in the monitoring center.The real-time monitoring system adopts the C/S architecture,and the design pattern employs "Android client + application server +MySQL database".Android client is developed based on the Baidu map,the server client is developed with Java Web.The mobile clients can access the server information through the mobile Internet or WIFI.In this Dissertation,the real-time monitoring system of ship based on Android is introduced firstly,and the key technologies used in the system are also proposed.Then,the system demands are analyzed,and the system architecture is designed.Furthermore,the software for client and server are implemented.Finally,the real-time monitoring system of ship based on Android has been tested.The tested modules include the real-time monitoring of ship,ship customization and ship-to-shore reminder.
