With the rapid development of our country industry,the demand for energy is also increase year by year,the traditional energy in use at the same time will cause great damage to the environment,and the wind energy resource is a clean renewable energy,and wind power is the most mature in new energy technology.The biggest development condition and the commercialization prospects for development of power generation Wind power,with its rich resources.Since the 12th Five-Year Plan,the construction of he-xi clean energy base has been further advanced.During the 13th Five-Year Plan,the Tongwei Wind power base project where Panlongshan is located has become an important step in the wind power development plan of Gansu Province.But because the wind power project has technical difficulty is higher.The construction of complex in order to reduce the loss caused by such risks to the project,this thesis systematically studies the risk management of wind power project based on the example ofPanlongshan Wind Power Project Phase Ⅳ.First of all.this thesis introduces the Panlongshan wind power project,including engineering geology,hydrogeology and related details of project construction.Based on the theory of risk management and combined with the specific situation of Panlongshan Wind power project,the risk factors of the project were identified by using the brainstorming method.Then,the AHP method is used to give relevant risk weight,construct a matrix for consistency test,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the risk evaluation model of Panlongshan Wind power Project phase Ⅳ,and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis are carried out.Finally,according to the risk identification,evaluation and analysis results,the risk response measures of Panlongshan Wind Power Phase Ⅳ project are proposed.in order to provide guarantee for the risk management of Panlongshan Wind power Phase Ⅳproject.Through the risk management research of Panlongshan Wind power Project phase Ⅳ,this thesis can control and avoid the loss caused by the risk to a certain extent,and provide reference for wind power related engineering projects.
