Interior Environment Design Of Xiangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum Based On Regional Culture

As a place inhabited by ethnic minorities,western Hunan not only has a unique cultural flavor in its regional culture and historical development but also has a rich intangible cultural heritage as the sixth national intangible cultural heritage reserve.On the other hand,the exhibition and protection of intangible cultural heritage in western Hunan are mostly based on the static protection mode of museums,and the functional form of the pavilion is relatively single and not rich enough.As a container of regional culture and a landmark public cultural space,an intangible cultural heritage museum should have its regional characteristics.This project takes regional culture as the core,and the design of the "non-heritage pavilion" as the carrier,and considers the combination of the interior space design of the non-heritage pavilion and regional culture.The project takes the Xiangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum as the object of study,incorporates the culture of Xiangxi’s regional characteristics,refines regional design elements such as graphic symbols,materials,and colors,and follows design theory to conceive a multi-functional design scheme with distinctive regional characteristics for the Xiangxi Heritage Cultural Museum,including"static exhibition,dynamic interpretation,and interactive experience".Through the analysis of the background,current situation,and significance of the research,the concept of regional culture and the display space of an intangible cultural heritage museum is understood.At the same time,the design principles and expression methods of regional culture in the exhibition space of the intangible cultural heritage museum are summarised and the application of regional culture design elements in the different exhibition spaces of the Intangible heritage museum is proposed.The overall design of the Xiangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum is determined from different perspectives,such as the architectural body of the museum,the diversity of functions of the museum space,the creation of a regional cultural atmosphere and the needs of visitors,and modern exhibition design tools such as live exhibition scenes and educational interactive experiences are applied to the design of the Xiangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum.The research on the design practice of the Xiangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum.based on regional culture will provide a reference design exploration for the future development of local Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum.with characteristics,thus promoting the construction of Intangible heritage museums that are capable of the multi-dimensional display,living heritage,and interactive experience,and inspiring people to strengthen their attention to and protection of Intangible cultural heritage.
