| With the increasing global ecological environment pollution,energy conservation and environmental protection related industries have attracted much attention.Compared with traditional batteries,lithium batteries have the advantages of pollution-free,high energy density,long cycle life and fast charging speed,and have become the most important green energy product.Under the dual pressure of energy conservation,environmental protection and energy crisis,the lithium battery industry,as a strategic emerging industry in China,has achieved rapid development driven by national policies and huge market demand.In particular,under the influence of dual carbon and environmental protection policies,lithium ion batteries are increasingly used in industry and life.At present,lithium batteries are widely used in the field of consumer electronics,but the future growth point of the industry will be taken over by new energy vehicles and energy storage,with broad market potential.It is predicted in the industry that lithium batteries will have broad application prospects in the fields of electric vehicles,industrial machinery,5G base stations,solar and wind energy and other renewable energy power generation,even in the fields of ships and aircraft.At the same time,the high profits and high growth of the industry has attracted a large number of enterprises,which makes the homogenization of products in the current market more and more intense.For the existing lithium ion battery manufacturers,the industry will face a severe competitive situation.Therefore,lithium battery enterprises need to formulate a clear development strategy in order to stand on the grim situation and continue to develop.This paper takes GY Power Supply Company,a lithium-ion battery manufacturer,as the research object.On the basis of combing and summarizing the strategic management theories and research literature of relevant enterprises at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of GY Power Supply Company,the PEST analysis model,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT comprehensive matrix are used to analyze the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of the company,and identify the current strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats of GY Power Supply Company,In combination with the mission and vision of GY Power Supply Company,in order to achieve the strategic objectives,following the basic principles of strategic adjustment,and under the guidance of the strategic thinking,GY Power Supply Company formulated the overall plan and specific plan for strategic adjustment,and proposed the strategic implementation guarantee measures that are consistent with the actual situation and characteristics of the company.The research in this paper has important practical significance for GY Power Supply Company to improve its overall strength and keep the sustainable,healthy and rapid development in the fierce market competition.At the same time,the research results can also provide reference ideas for other enterprises in the same industry to adjust their strategies. |
