In recent years,with the steady improvement of China’s economy and the growth of people’s consumption demand,the national manufacturing industry has developed vigorously.The market demand for cutting tools of new materials,which are essential consumables in the production process of machinery manufacturing,automobile parts,large-scale forging,aerospace and other manufacturing fields,has also increased significantly.As a key enterprise in the new material sawing industry,Hunan Taijia New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.has been focusing on the R&D,production and sales of sawing products.The development of related industries has also promoted the development opportunity of Taijia New Materials.With the influx of foreign new material sawing products,the enhancement of enterprise strength for domestic enterprises producing new material sawing products has intensified market competition.In addition,due to the impact of factors such as raw material price fluctuations,exchange rate fluctuations,and economic fluctuations in downstream industries,Taijia New Materials is facing huge challenges in its future development.Therefore,in the face of new challenges,Taijia New Materials should determine the core development direction,strengthen strategic planning and thinking,put forward implementation plans,and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise to win the market and development space.In this paper,Taijia New Materials is taken as the research object,with Porter’s Five Forces Model,PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis model as the main analysis tools,EFE matrix and IEF matrix are constructed to analyze the enterprise,and quantitative strategic planning matrix is used to deeply analyze the internal and external environment and industry environment of the company.Through PEST analysis,it can be concluded that changes in the external environment are beneficial to the company.Through the analysis of Porter’s Five Forces Model,it can be concluded that the company has a high competitive strength in the industry from the perspective of the industry environment,but other domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises still pose a great threat in the competition;By using the SWOT analysis model,we can analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of Taijia New Materials Co.,Ltd.,and conclude that there are some weaknesses within the company,but the overall strengths are greater than the weaknesses.External opportunities provide the company with conditions for development.By building a SWOT matrix and a quantitative analysis matrix,we analyze and compare the four strategies of SO,WO,ST,WT,etc,It is concluded that the SO growth strategy is for the current development of the company.Then it puts forward strategic measures including market penetration,product development,market development and diversification,and strategic implementation measures to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.Finally,it summarizes the safeguard measures of the company’s development strategy from human resources,production research and development,marketing management,corporate culture management and other aspects,and establishes the direction for the future development of Taijia New Materials Company.
