An Application Research On Total Quality Management(TQM) For S Aviation Equipments Research Institutes

“Aviation Dream”is an important component of The Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.As Chinese economic and society development has entered a new era,it is a great and glorious historical task of aviation staff to build a strong aviation nation in new era.With the rapid development of the aviation industry of China,a mass of advanced airborne equipments with new technology and new materials come into service.It’s an important and significant issue to make sure that the airborne equipments are reliable under extremely harsh environment,the aircrafts and the flight crew and passengers are perfectly safe,the equipments are in working order.This dissertation aims at the deficiency of aviation equipment quality management,and applies the perspective of development and the method of system thinking to carry out the application research on promoting Total Quality Management(TQM)in the whole life cycle quality management field of complex aviation equipment research in S Institute.First of all,this paper introduces the status of aerospace equipment development quality in S Institute,and puts forward the research theme of this paper.Secondly,the implementation plan is formulated around how to promote the application of TQM theory system to aviation equipment research and development,including the establishment of TQM organization,the construction of TQM,the TQM training,the implementation of quality control(QC)team.Then,the systematic application of TQM situation is introduced,and analyzes the implementation result,finds out the existing insufficiency and improvement space,and puts forward the measures of improvement.At the end,the application of TQM in S Institute is comprehensively summarized,and continuous application of TQM in the whole life cycle of aviation equipment development to improve the quality of products and services and enhance customer satisfaction is prospected.
