A Study On Cost Management Of Airport One-stop Aircraft Maintenance Base Project

The airport one-stop aircraft maintenance base project is still in the construction stage.According to the industry data,the future income of the project can be estimated.At the project operation level,strictly controlling the project construction cost will be the focus of the whole infrastructure project.Therefore,cost management will run through the whole project cycle,and fine cost control will be taken as the key link from the project planning and decision-making stage,project construction preparing stage,project construction stage and completion settlement stage,so as to contribute to the overall operation.This paper intends to discuss the project cost management of airport one-stop aircraft maintenance base from the perspective of the owner of the development company.Therefore,it plans to take the actual project of H company as an example,combined with the contents of the management courses learned,select each stage of project management as the carrier,analyze and study the whole process cost control of the project,and obtain the key control points and optimization measures.By studying the relevant literature knowledge of project management and cost management,scholars mostly focus on the cost management of engineering construction project design stage and construction stage.However,project management is a comprehensive dynamic management,which is not limited to these two stages,but also includes planning decision-making stage,completion settlement stage,etc.Combined with the actual situation of the project,I intend to study the key points of cost control in the whole process of the project,establish the travel cost management system,and find appropriate and effective measures to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of cost management in such projects.Traditional cost management generally refers to budget estimate,budget and settlement.According to the theoretical system of the whole process of the project,cost management should not only be involved in the construction period,but also in the investment decision-making stage.What I recognize is the management system of target cost.Through the research of this subject and combined with the actual case of airport one-stop aircraft maintenance base project,this paper makes an in-depth analysis,The applicability and management experience of this case are summarized to provide reference for how to do well in cost management of infrastructure projects.
