| After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s social and economic development has changed from one-sided pursuit of GDP growth to focus on sustainable development of society,industry and ecology.The connotative development of stock has become the new normal of society.As a large manufacturing country with a short history of industrial development and a large population,industrial heritage spaces are comprehensive,large and numerous.It is of great significance for social and economic development and industrial culture inheritance to select appropriate transformation technologies to reconstruct its functions in combination with the needs of the times,extend the life of industrial buildings and give full play to the value of industrial heritage building space and cultural resources on the premise of reducing resource consumption and environmental pollution.Based on the research results and practical project experience at home and abroad,under the guidance of urban renewal,circular economy development and industrial aesthetics theory,this paper distinguishes the value of industrial heritage space,analyzes and summarizes the constraints of industrial heritage building space transformation,and helps the old and idle abandoned industrial buildings and the dirty and disorderly industrial heritage space environment transform.The space transformation procedure of industrial heritage buildings is rigorous,and the early information collection and value evaluation play a guiding and positioning role.The reconstruction of industrial heritage buildings is restricted by the original production mode,the original spatial organization form,the updated architectural functions and the surrounding environmental factors.Different architectural structure types have different industrial aesthetic performance,mechanical characteristics,material properties,etc.These differences play a key role in the selection of space renewal methods and construction technologies for industrial heritage buildings.The space transformation of industrial heritage buildings adheres to the principles of cultural heritage,functional adaptability and structural safety,and chooses appropriate transformation technologies with structural differences as anchor points.The transformation of the main structure,auxiliary components and skin materials includes the method of enlarging the section,the method of outsourcing section steel,the method of carbon fiber reinforcement,and the surface repair.The building renewal and transformation materials should retain their authenticity as much as possible,select green and environment-friendly materials that conform to the concept of industrial heritage transformation,and use the rules of formal beauty to express the artistry of buildings from the whole to the part.By studying the space transformation and transformation technology of industrial heritage buildings,this paper provides advice and suggestions for the restoration of traditional styles and features of industrial heritage,the replacement of space functions,the inheritance of industrial culture and spirit,and puts forward specific technical measures to ensure that the planning and design are implemented,which has certain theoretical research value and practical guiding significance.Further research is needed on the reconstruction of industrial heritage building equipment pipe network,intelligent control system and the full cycle management of reconstruction projects,which can be supplemented and improved in other studies to improve the city quality with embroidery efforts. |
