A Study Of Government Supervision On Construction Engineering Quality In Quanzhou

In recent years,the government supervision capacity of construction project quality in Quanzhou has been improved compared with the past.However,with the prosperity of the construction industry,the number of construction projects in Quanzhou has become larger and larger,and the project models have become more diverse,which has brought greater pressure to the government supervision of construction project quality in Quanzhou.If this pressure is not resisted,there will be no small hidden danger.Therefore,this paper conducts corresponding research on how to improve the government supervision level of construction project quality in Quanzhou City,and how to further strengthen the government supervision ability of construction project quality.This paper takes the principal-agent theory,information asymmetry theory and other theories as the research guidance,and through literature retrieval and collation,has a general understanding of the current domestic and foreign construction project quality government supervision related issues;Through the methods of data access and interview,understand the current situation of government supervision over the quality of construction project in Quanzhou,summarize the mode of government supervision,and understand the general effect of government supervision;Through case analysis,in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of government supervision.On this basis,through the empirical analysis of relatively successful domestic supervision cases,this paper looks for the government supervision countermeasures to optimize the construction project quality in Quanzhou.Through investigation,this paper believes that government supervision over the quality of construction project in Quanzhou has improved the efficiency of project quality supervision and management as a whole,and has guaranteed the quality of construction projects to a certain extent.However,there are still problems such as mismatched responsibilities and powers of regulatory agencies,incomplete scope of supervision,ineffective connection of regulatory methods and uneven levels of supervisors.The reasons include lagging supervision awareness The regulatory system still needs to be improved,the regulatory mechanism is not perfect,and the construction of supervision team is not targeted.In order to improve the quality of construction projects in Quanzhou,this paper believes that government supervision can be further improved by clarifying the functions of supervision institutions,improving the quality supervision system of construction projects,strengthening the construction of supervision teams,and innovating the quality supervision mechanism of projects,so as to ensure the quality supervision and management ability of the construction project government in Quanzhou.I hope this research can promote the improvement of construction project quality supervision and management level in Quanzhou.
