In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry,as an important part of the national economy,has become the focus of our attention.Especially in the field of housing engineering construction and related urban infrastructure construction,which is related to the vital interests of the people,the accidents and complaints caused by the project quality are on the rise.We will do a good job in supervising the quality of construction projects.To ensure the safety of people's life and property is the duty of government supervision of construction project quality at all levels.China's construction project quality supervision started relatively late,and there is a gap between the level of theory and practice and developed countries.Inner M ongolia is located in the northern border of China,which is far inferior to the developed coastal areas in terms of innovation and supervision of construction technology.As the capital city of Inner Mongolia.the investment in infrastructure and real estate in Hohhot has increased rapidly in recent years.which brings many problems and challenges to the supervision work to a large extent.Choosing the construction project quality supervision in Hohhot as the research object is very representative,which can provide reference for the construction project quality supervision in this region.This paper takes the government supervision of construction project quality as the research object,guided by the theory of total quality.management,the theory of principal-agent,the theory of supervision public interest and the theory of information asymmetry.and expounds the current situation of government Supervision in the process of construction project quality supervision in Hohhot City.and analyzes the actual work of quality supervision with unequal rights and responsibilities of institutions and legal system In the analysis and reference of the relevant experience of domestic advanced regions and foreign developed countries,this paper attempts to put forward suggestions to solve the problems from five aspects:improving the legal system.improving the self construction of the government supervision system strengthening the construction of the social supervision system and the social supervision force.
