Management Research On The Construction Of Multi-Information System Of A Company’s Digital Factory

In recent years,in the manufacturing industry,especially in the discrete manufacturing industry,automation and information technology continue to be deeply integrated.In order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry,building an intelligent manufacturing enterprise is an inevitable choice for development.A series of national policies and relevant plans also put forward that China’s manufacturing industry needs to firmly promote the transformation of intelligent manufacturing in the future.Only by adhering to informatization,precision,greening,integration and intelligence,can China’s manufacturing industry continue to be in an advantageous position in the competition.The construction of digital factory can effectively promote the intelligent manufacturing transformation of manufacturing enterprises,help enterprises optimize the structure of internal resources,improve the utilization efficiency,help enterprises improve their economic benefits,and achieve intelligent manufacturing.This thesis takes the design and construction process of the information system of the digital factory of A Company,a new energy bus manufacturer,as the research object,investigates the current situation of the company,analyzes the whole process of the initiation,design and implementation of the multi information system construction project of A Company’s digital factory in combination with the new base positioning and future goals of A Company,and summarizes the construction process of A Company’s digital factory project.The opening part summarizes the importance of information system construction through the research on the relevant policies and development status of domestic and foreign digital factories.Based on the development history,informatization status and management problems faced by Company A,the management improvement goal of Company A’s digital factory construction is proposed;Based on the decomposition of management improvement objectives,the construction objectives,framework design,detailed design and project management in the implementation process of each information system are described in detail;According to the theories and methods involved in enterprise core information system,the differences of multi information system design under the background of digital factory are summarized,and the management enlightenment in the implementation process is refined.In this thesis,according to the design and construction process of A company’s digital factory information system,combined with relevant theories and methods,carry out corresponding analysis and research work,and combined with management ideas,to analyze the problems in the process of its design and implementation.It is hoped to enrich the academic achievements in the direction of digital factory construction to a certain extent,and provide reference for the construction of digital factory in discrete industries.
