The Application And Intergration Of Digital Factory System In Product Lifcycle Management

This thesis is based on the project of "Research and Development onAutomotive Digital Assembly Technology" from Shanghai Economics Committee.The study of this thesis is based on information integration of the digital factorysystem and Product Data Management system, this thesis is composed of three maintasks: the first part is on generalizing the digital factory technology, the second part ison the research of Product Data Management system in product lifecycle, the thirdpart is about information integration between digital factory system and Product DataManagement system.First, this thesis analyzes the current situation and problems in the process ofapplying the information technology in manufacturing enterprises, describes therelation between advanced produce technologies. Then around the researching project,the thesis analyzes Product Lifecycle Management's basic conception and content.This thesis make the point on the function of digital factory technology and ProductData Management in total product lifecycle, in the same tine it explains the relationbetween this two kind technology, also include the possibility of integration.Following the thesis confirms the content that needs to be integrated, makesBOM as the core. After that, the thesis compares some typical integration methods,fixes on one practical way.At last, the thesis planting on two material software system of digital factorysystem and Product Data Management system, realizes an example of integration andmakes further discuss on integration methods.
