| Motor is an important electrical equipment that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy,and it plays an important role in the field of industrial control.The motor is prone to failure in the long-term working process.Once the failure occurs,the protection program should be taken immediately,so it is necessary to monitor the working state of the motor.At present,using industrial bus to connect to the computer to monitor the running state of the motor is the mainstream way of motor monitoring,but using industrial bus to monitor the motor when multiple motors are deployed at scattered locations may lead to high wiring costs,while using mainstream Internet of Things communication technologies Zig Bee,Bluetooth The mainstream Internet of Things communication technologies such as NB-IOT have great limitations in terms of network coverage and use costs.Based on the above reasons,this paper studies the current Internet of Things technology and motor monitoring system,and finally uses LoRa Internet of Things communication technology with 4G communication technology to develop a set of motor monitoring system for the complex industrial site environment,especially in the decentralized application scenario where multiple motors are deployed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The whole system is divided into perception layer,network layer and user layer through the hierarchical structure of the Internet of Things.In the sensing layer,the LoRa node is designed to monitor the motor through the LoRa network and the self prepared protocol of the motor driver.In the network layer,the design of the LoRa gateway has been completed,proposed a networking scheme using the LoRa broadcast mode,and completed the design of the communication protocol between the LoRa node and the LoRa gateway,as well as the design of the data interaction program between the LoRa gateway and the Alibaba Cloud platform.Finally,we realized the data interaction between the LoRa node and the Alibaba Cloud platform.In addition,through the application of OTA technology,the LoRa node is compatible with various types of motor drivers,and the corresponding algorithm is designed to solve the problem of data push message adhesion caused by poor network conditions.In the user layer,the PC uses IOT studio to make monitoring software,and uses HTML language,CSS language,Java Script language,Vue framework to write wechat applet,which finally realizes multi-terminal monitoring of the motor.Finally,the system is verified and tested.the verification results and test results show that all functions of the system can be achieved,and all system performance indicators can meet the expected design requirements. |
