| The rapid development and popular application of emerging information techniques such as Internet and Big Data have given rise to new business models in various fields and brought miscellaneous industries to tremendous impact and challenge. As a pillar industry of national economy, manufacturing has faced severe challenges of inevitable reform and gained the best opportunity to transform and upgrade in the evolutionary wave induced by the emerging information techniques. Such wave provides a rare historical development opportunity for automobile industry, a representative manufacturing industry, to transform, upgrade, and get rid of disadvantages and dilemma. In the environment of Internet and Big Data, constructing new organizational model of production and operation for automobile enterprises and promoting them to make changes in the aspects of plan, design, production, sale, and operation & maintenance of products will facilitate the implement of service innovation oriented to product life cycle. With consideration of this, automobile enterprises had better make comprehensive evaluation and best choice among possible product design alternatives in the product design process, under the premise of fully considering service innovation oriented to product life cycle. This may bring considerable economic and social benefits to automobile enterprises to a maximum extent after the final design alternative is carried out. Focusing on this problem, this dissertation has conducted studies on the basis of fuzzy set theory and proposed a method of evaluating design alternatives of automobile product in consideration of service innovation based on hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy set with probability. The method is applied in the evaluation of conceptual design alternatives of product in COWIN automobile enterprise. Detailed contents and innovation are presented as follows:(1) Research on the construction of the index system of evaluating design alternatives of automobile product with consideration of service innovation. This dissertation has analyzed the service innovation mechanism oriented to the life cycle of automobile product in the environment of Internet and Big Data. Based on this, customer-oriented product design innovation is discussed. Further, an index system of evaluating product design alternatives is constructed from the perspectives of technology, economy, society, innovative uncertainty, and human-machine emotion. The system provides an index framework for the evaluation of design alternatives of automobile product with consideration of service innovation.(2) Research on the evaluation of design alternatives of automobile product based on hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy set with probability. After considering service innovation oriented to product life cycle and digging into various types of uncertainties about objective environment and human cognition in the innovation process, this dissertation proposes hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy set with probability. On the basis of this, a new multi-attribute decision making method is constructed under the framework of TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution). Finally, the method and the constructed evaluation index system of product design alternatives are applied to evaluate and optimally select conceptual design alternatives of product in COWIN automobile enterprise, by which the applicability and validity of the method are verified.The above research has introduced service innovation into the process of evaluating design alternatives of automobile product, and developed and enriched the method of evaluating design alternatives of automobile product. It provides a scientific and reasonable way to evaluate design alternatives of automobile product oriented to service innovation. |
