| Cost control in construction stage is an important part of cost control in the whole process of construction project.Strengthening the research of cost control in construction stage is of great significance for controlling project cost.Strengthening the cost control in the construction stage is an effective way to reduce the construction cost and improve the economic benefits of the project.Based on the project construction stage,this paper puts forward some common problems in the cost management process of our country.Through the analysis of the problems and influencing factors in the cost control of the construction stage,it focuses on the optimization of human resources,materials and other resources,and the optimization of mechanical equipment,in order to solve the bottleneck problem of the project cost control.This paper mainly includes:Based on the grey theory,the grey system prediction method is proposed to predict the construction cost.Combined with the actual project data of the case,and through the model to provide reasonable prediction data for the construction unit.The research and case analysis show that the application of the grey system prediction method to the prediction of the application model formula of the construction stage cost plays a pre control role,and the result completely meets the requirements of the effective control of the project cost.The WSR analysis system is established to analyze the management activities of construction cost management in the construction stage through the identification of physical,administrative and human factors.To a certain extent,the application of WSR methodology can solve the one sidedness of cost control management activities in the construction stage,simplify the complexity ofconstruction management activities,and provide a simple and effective control assessment system for different construction stages It is of practical significance to control the construction cost in the stage of strong construction. |
