In recent years, the economy has developed rapidly, and the once expensive fuel vehicles have now entered thousands of households.Although fuel vehicles have brought a lot of convenience to people’s life and production, the accompanying environmental pollution and energy security issues have gradually attracted people’s attention. In this context,as one of the effective means to solve problems such as environmental pollution and energy security, new energy vehicles have received extensive attention from the society.Governments of various countries have gradually begun to support automobile companies to vigorously develop new energy vehicles, and new energy vehicles have begun to be favored by the market and have gained good development opportunities. However, the current development path of new energy vehicles is not optimistic, and there are still certain technical obstacles. It is necessary for enterprises related to the supply chain of new energy vehicles to cooperate and innovate for development. At the same time,at different stages of development of new energy vehicles, the leading party of the supply chain will also change. Therefore, for relevant enterprises in the supply chain of new energy vehicles,in different stages of new energy vehicles, what kind of cooperation and innovation should the supply chain choose? Only the form can better improve the willingness and benefits of cooperative innovation, which has certain practical significance.Based on the supply chain cooperative innovation theory, game theory and technology life cycle theory, this paper uses numerical simulation and other methods to study the new energy vehicle supply chain cooperative innovation. The main research contents are as follows:Based on the concept of dominant technology, this paper defines the dominant technology of new energy vehicles, and finds that the dominant technology of new energy vehicles is power battery technology.By retrieving the patent data of the leading technology in the database and importing it into Loglet Lab for data processing, the detailed year interval of the new energy vehicle technology life cycle is divided. At present, new energy vehicles are in the stage of technological development and will enter the stage of technological maturity in 2024.In order to make the research more practical, this paper selects the current technology development period and the upcoming technology maturity period for research.Combining the references and analyzing the cases of Toyota and Panasonic,we can see that in the development period of new energy vehicle technology, the manufacturer is the leader of the supply chain;in the upcoming mature period of new energy vehicle technology, the supplier is the leader of the supply chain,To pave the way for the construction of the model below. In the technological development period, the manufacturer is the leader of the supply chain, taking the secondary new energy vehicle supply chain composed of component suppliers and vehicle manufacturers as the research object, and constructing the cooperative innovation forms as cost sharing and revenue sharing respectively.Based on the supply chain model, the impact of cost sharing ratio and revenue sharing ratio on the decisionmaking and profit of supply chain participants was studied, and the optimal form of cooperation and innovation in the supply chain of new energy vehicles during the technological development period was obtained through comparative analysis. After solving the model,it is found that cost sharing and revenue sharing can improve the innovation input of the dominated party and the benefits of supply chain participants to a certain extent, and the improvement brought by revenue sharing is even greater. Therefore,in the development period of new energy vehicle technology,Revenue sharing is the optimal form of cooperative innovation in supply chains. In the mature stage of technology, the supplier is the leader of the supply chain, taking the second-level new energy vehicle supply chain composed of component suppliers and vehicle manufacturers as the research object, and constructing the form of cooperative innovation as cost sharing and revenue sharing respectively. It studies the impact of cost sharing ratio and revenue sharing ratio on the decision-making and profit of supply chain participants, and obtains the optimal form of cooperation and innovation in the supply chain of new energy vehicles in the mature stage of technology through comparative analysis. After solving the model,it is found that cost sharing can increase the innovation input of the dominated party and the benefits of supply chain participants to a certain extent, while revenue sharing cannot promote the development of the supply chain. Therefore, cost sharing is the supply chain in the mature stage of new energy vehicle technology. The best collaborative innovation.Based on the conclusions, this paper gives the following management inspirations:First,no matter what stage the new energy vehicle is in the technology life cycle, supply chain enterprises should respond to the innovation level of the dominated party, the actual market demand, consumers’ interest in product retail prices and actual innovation. The degree preference and the transformation rate of innovation investment at the stage are understood, which will help to choose the most suitable form of cooperation and innovation in the supply chain;second,in the development period of new energy vehicle technology, the new energy vehicle supply chain should choose revenue sharing as the cooperative innovation In the mature stage of new energy vehicle technology, the new energy vehicle supply chain should choose cost sharing as the form of cooperative innovation;third, the new energy vehicle supply chain should deepen cooperation and exchanges to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.
