In the context of the dual carbon target,biomass,as a new "zero carbon" energy source,will play an important role in the process of building a new power system based on new energy sources.China is a large agricultural country with abundant biomass energy.The country has released relevant policies to promote the development of biomass power industry,and more and more subjects are participating in it.Although the installed capacity of biomass power generation in China has increased rapidly with the strong support and promotion of the country,the development of biomass power generation industry in China has not been smooth,and the main reason is the difficulty of supplying biomass power generation fuel.The lack of awareness of crop straw commercialization among farmers,the inability of biomass power plants to obtain a continuous and stable supply of fuel for power generation,and the entry of third-party buying organizations all contribute to the difficulty of fuel supplying for biomass power generation.How to improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the biomass power generation fuel supply chain and how to solve the conflicts and contradictions among farmers,intermediate purchasing organizations,biomass power plants and other related interest subjects are the problems that need to be solved in the biomass power generation fuel supply chain.Therefore.this paper will systematically study the game problem among the relevant interest subjects in the supply chain of biomass power generation fuel.The research for this paper is as follows.Firstly,this paper uses supply chain and supply chain management theory,stakeholder theory,game theory and benefit distribution theory as guides to define the concept and analyze the characteristics of biomass power supply chain,explore the structural model of biomass power supply chain,identify the interest subjects in biomass power supply chain,analyze the interests and behavioral characteristics of interest subjects in biomass power supply chain,and explore the game relationship among interest subjects in different structural models of biomass power supply chain.Secondly.on the basis of the above study,a non-cooperative game model is constructed for each interest subject under different structural models of biomass power supply chain,the equilibrium solution when each interest subject maximizes its own interest is calculated using the inverse induction method.the model parameters are assigned,the three single structural models are numerically analyzed.the influence of biomass feed-in tariff on the equilibrium solution of each interest subject and the influence of farmers’ collection cost coefficient on the optimal supply quantity of farmers are investigated,and the decisions and benefits of each interest subject at the equilibrium of the three single structural models of non-cooperative game models are compared and analyzed;the algorithm is designed to calculate the non-cooperative game model of each interest subject in the mixed structure model and analyze the decision behavior of each interest subject.Finally,we construct a cooperative game model among the interest subjects in different structural models of the biomass power supply chain,calculate the total revenue at the cooperative game equilibrium,allocate the total revenue using the improved Shapley value method and the Nash solution method,assign values to the model parameters,and conduct numerical analysis.This study concludes that in the process of biomass power supply chain,there must be a game among the interest subjects;in the non-cooperative game among the interest subjects,the factor that has a greater influence is the biomass feed-in tariff;the total benefit obtained in the cooperative game among the interest subjects is greater than the total benefit in the noncooperative game,and efforts should be made to improve the willingness of the interest subjects to cooperate.The research in this paper can improve the stability and sustainability of the biomass power generation fuel supply chain at the practical level and promote the stable operation of the biomass power generation fuel supply chain,while enriching the theoretical research system of the biomass power generation fuel supply chain and providing new ideas and methodological support for the in-depth exploration of the relationship between the various interest subjects of the biomass power generation fuel supply chain. |
