| A large number of platforms and service companies have flooded into the second-hand car market,which has increased the market competition faced by second-hand car O2 O platforms and service companies.Because it is difficult to provide consumers with a full range of services,the used car O2 O supply chain formed by multi-enterprise cooperation has become an effective measure to slow down market competition.However,with the development of the O2 O supply chain of used cars,various virtual information frauds have emerged in an endless stream,resulting in consumers,vehicle providers and service providers lacking trust in the vehicle services on the O2 O platform.However,the trust of all parties in the O2 O platform is the prerequisite for the formation and stable operation of the used car O2 O supply chain.At the same time,the used car O2 O supply chain is the product of enterprises gathering for profit,and there must be the possibility of diverging for profit.Therefore,reasonable profit distribution has become the key to the efficient and stable operation of the used car O2 O supply chain.This article takes this as a starting point and uses cooperative game theory to study the distribution of benefits in the used car O2 O supply chain,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.First of all,to study the conditions of the used car O2 O supply chain formation.From the perspective of the differences of participating subjects,the game types from the perspectives of vehicle providers,service providers and consumers are judged separately,and the formation conditions of the O2 O supply chain of second-hand cars are analyzed and proved to obtain the best strategy combination and constraint conditions from a mixed perspective.Secondly,a benefit distribution model suitable for the O2 O supply chain of used cars is constructed.On the basis of meeting the self-interest requirements of vehicle providers,O2 O platforms and service providers,a cooperative game model of O2 O supply chain cooperation for second-hand vehicles based on the maximization of collective interests was constructed.The improved quantum particle swarm method is used to solve the model,and the correctness of the model and algorithm is verified for an example of a category of used cars.Finally,from the perspective of service performance,service value and service flexibility,a benefit allocation mechanism based on the cooperative service risk and enterprise importance index system was established.Use improved rough sets and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the comprehensive coefficient of subjective and objective weights,and continue a category of second-hand car examples,and make partial adjustments to the second-hand car O2 O supply chain benefit distribution plan to verify the feasibility of the second-hand car O2 O supply chain benefit distribution mechanism.The research results show that the model constructed in this paper is feasible and reasonable in the benefit distribution of the used car O2 O supply chain.The methods used in the model can relatively comprehensively measure the service value of multiple participants in the used car O2 O supply chain.The objective distribution of the benefit distribution of the used car O2 O supply chain provides an objective basis,and it has a certain reference value for promoting the trust relationship between the multi-participants in the used car O2 O supply chain.At the same time,it can better promote the long-term,stable and efficient cooperation of the used car O2 O supply chain,and provide a theoretical basis for the scientific service of various enterprises in the supply chain and the promotion of the maximization of resource efficiency. |
