With the development of housing industrialization and the support of related policies,it is imperative to develop prefabricated buildings.As prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of manufacturing,the supply chain management theory of the manufacturing industry runs through the prefabricated building projects,which is beneficial to enhance the overall strength of the prefabricated building supply chain.However,in actual prefabricated construction projects,there is a high failure rate of supply chain cooperation,in which unreasonable income distribution is an important factor in the breakdown of supply chain node enterprise cooperation.While the total revenue of the supply chain remains unchanged,each node enterprise strives for the maximum revenue for itself as much as possible.How supply chain node enterprises achieve a win-win situation through cooperation game is the key to ensuring the stable operation of the supply chain.Therefore,studying the income distribution of the supply chain has important strategic significance for the implementation of prefabricated buildings.This paper is based on the method of cooperative game to study the profit distribution of the node enterprises in the prefabricated construction supply chain.First of all,through combing domestic and foreign related documents,visiting industrial bases for investigation and expert interviews,analyzing the status quo of the revenue distribution of the prefabricated building supply chain and current problems,and determining the four influencing factors of the prefabricated building supply chain revenue.Secondly,combined with the complex and dynamic characteristics of the supply chain,the original Shapley value model was revised in two stages,and the model was adjusted beforehand taking into account the four factors of risk bearing,resource input,information value and market share,at the same time,weigh the mutual benefits and private benefits of supply chain members and make adjustments afterwards.Then,it analyzes the necessity of redistribution of supply chain income and the influencing factors of negotiation game,combined with the basic characteristics of the prefabricated building supply chain,established the Nash negotiation-based prefabricated building supply chain revenue distribution model.Finally,the scientific rationality of this cooperative game model was verified through numerical simulation,and reasonable suggestions were put forward.The verification results show that the cooperative game method can not only increase the overall revenue of the supply chain,but also encourage members to increase their contribution to the whole,and help each node enterprise to form a dynamic and stable cooperative relationship,which is conducive to improving the overall supply chain and the company’s competitiveness.This article applies cooperative game theory to the prefabricated building supply chain management,enriching the research results of the prefabricated building supply chain.At the same time,it provides new ideas for solving the problem of income distribution among supply chain stakeholders,which is conducive to improving the cooperation enthusiasm of enterprises at various nodes in the prefabricated construction supply chain,improving the operational efficiency of the supply chain,and promoting the healthy development of the assembly construction industry.
