The bearing capacity assessment of Bridges in service includes three parts: bridge material condition,bridge technology condition and checking of structural bearing capacity.Engineers usually use empirical method of real bridge,load test method and dynamic evaluation method to evaluate the bearing capacity of Bridges in service.Most of these methods are time-consuming,uneconomical and cannot be combined with the actual condition of Bridges.Material in highway Bridges,Bridges,technical conditions and the structure bearing capacity check computation and so on the basis of the related content,bridge engineering,structural design and relevant specification,with the aid of Matlab GUI interface design,Microsoft component object model(COM),research and development of the bridge bearing capacity evaluation of quick analysis system,the main contents and research conclusions are as follows:1、The evaluation methods of concrete strength,steel corrosion,carbonization,thickness of protective layer,natural vibration frequency of structure,chloride ion content,resistivity and other indexes in bridge material condition detection and evaluation are introduced.The corresponding analysis program and visual application interface are compiled.Users can quickly analyze all kinds of indicators of bridge material condition,automatically generate the analysis results of relevant parameters and evaluation scale,and automatically evaluate the non-destructive condition of the bridge and the technical status of structural parameters according to the relevant information of bridge field test.2、This paper introduces the related contents,evaluation indexes and methods of the technical condition assessment of simply supported beam Bridges in highway Bridges,and formulates the corresponding analysis program and visual operation and application interface.The user can input the overall information of the bridge and the quantitative or qualitative judgment scale information of all kinds of evaluation indexes according to the site detection information and defect status of the bridge,which can automatically analyze the bridge components,components,parts and the overall technical status of the bridge and determine the bridge technical status grade classification.3、The methods of bridge transverse distribution,such as lever principle method,modified eccentric pressure method,hinge(rigid)plate(beam)method and GM method,as well as the basic formats of combination of variable action effect,permanent action effect analysis and load action effect,are introduced.The corresponding analysis program and visual operation and application interface are compiled.Users can analyze the most adverse variable effect,permanent effect and different combinations of load effect of the main beams of simply supported beam Bridges.4、The methods of checking and calculating the flexural and shear strength of reinforced concrete structures are introduced in this paper.combined with checking and calculating coefficient of bearing capacity,deterioration coefficient,reduction coefficient of structure and reinforcement section,and correction coefficient of live load influence,the relevant program and visual operation interface are developed.Users can get comprehensive structure bearing capacity reduction factor,according to the specified cross section type,reinforcement and concrete condition,able to quickly finish of all kinds of reinforced concrete beam bridge girder bearing capacity limit state under bending and shear bearing capacity analysis,structure crack width under normal use limit state,deformation and stress calculation,etc.5、Based on the COM component technology in Matlab,users can realize interactive use and data transmission with Excel,Word and other office software,and automatically generate the general information of regular bridge testing,bridge material status testing and analysis results,bridge technical status evaluation results and bridge bearing capacity evaluation and other related test reports.
