Research On Rural Landscape Feature Recognition

With the accelerated process of modernization,China’s urban construction has been unprecedented attention and considerable development,but the rural landscape presents a trend of homogenization and fragmentation,the landscape characteristics are reduced,thousands of villages have one side.It is very important for the sustainable development of rural landscape to respect and inherit the historical context and cultural heritage and protect the landscape characteristics of local villages.At the same time,China’s land and space planning is in the initial stage,with the double evaluation method as the starting point of planning,lacking the identification of traditional landscape style and the tools of mining local landscape characteristics.The landscape character assessment tool(Landscape Character Assessment)originated from the UK and Atlas de payages(atlas de payages)from France help us to understand our own landscape features and retain the rural features based on the existing foundation.This paper takes Xijingyu village as the research object,combined with the specific policy and technical requirements of village planning under the background of land and space planning,comprehensively understands the rural landscape,fully excavates the rural production space,living space,ecological space and other types,and seeks the most distinctive points in the countryside.The main research results of this paper include: 1.Learning from the theory of landscape feature assessment in Britain and France and its application in rural scale,by comparing the methods of the two countries,introducing public participation,trying to localize the landscape feature recognition tools,put forward the rural landscape feature recognition methods and steps in line with China’s local conditions.2.According to the extracted landscape feature recognition method,the landscape elements of xijingyu village were identified and investigated.The results of landscape identification can be used as the basis for guiding rural landscape planning and land space planning,which can complement the existing dual evaluation method of land space planning.3.Based on the topography,geology,vegetation coverage and land use,the paper uses GIS software for overlay analysis,further refines the characteristic zoning of Xijingyu Village area,sums up and merges the units with the same characteristics,makes secondary classification for the preliminary landscape characteristic zoning,improves the landscape characteristic area map,records and judges the landscape,vegetation,and land use in the area Details and key features of the slope.4.Conclusion and discussion: according to the different landscape characteristics zoning,the future development trend is analyzed,and the landscape development guidelines and strategies suitable for its characteristics are put forward,so as to further tap the rural characteristics and supplement and improve the planning basis.Through the above research,using the tools and methods of landscape characteristics evaluation,it provides new ideas for the research of traditional settlement landscape protection.
