| With the development of architectural heritage protection and the increasing demand for architectural heritage protection,the scientific research on the structural performance of ancient wooden structures is imminent.Existing research methods require us to have a more adequate understanding of each component in the overall structure.Therefore,as an important part of ancient wooden architecture,it is necessary for us to conduct in-depth research on mechanical properties of Tou-kung.In order to study the mechanical properties of Tou-Kung,the representative sets of song style Tou-Kung are selected and made,and the quasi-static loading tests in two horizontal directions are carried out.The experimental results show that dougong has good deformation and recovery ability in both horizontal directions,and it can withstand earthquake well.The stiffness of Tou-Kung in the beam direction is mainly affected by the number of Fang component.The more Fang component is connected,the greater the stiffness is.The stiffness of Tou-Kung in the Fang direction is less affected by the number of Fang component,and there is little difference in the stiffness of different approaches.In order to obtain the commonly used formulas for calculating Tou-Kung stiffness,this paper,based on the force mechanism of Tou-Kung,derives three formulas for calculating Tou-Kung stiffness in the vertical direction,the horizontal stiffness in the beam direction and the horizontal stiffness in the fang direction,and compares them with the existing test data and verifies their accuracy.Finally,a more reliable three-way stiffness formula of Tou-Kung elastic section is obtained,which can be used in the non-destructive overall analysis model of wood structures.Based on ABAQUS,this paper establishes a fine finite element model of Song style Tou-Kung.The finite element numerical analysis is carried out on the Tou-Kung model used in the experiment,and the finite element numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the validity and reliability of the model.Finally,the modeling method can be used for modeling general Tou-Kung,so that the general mechanical properties of Tou-Kung can be studied efficiently.It provides support for the overall safety assessment and structural analysis of ancient wooden structures.The study on the mechanical properties of Tou-Kung serves the evaluation and research of the whole structure of wooden buildings.In order to apply the research results to engineering practice,this paper has sorted out the research results into a set of widely applicable formulas for calculating the stiffness of Tou-Kung in three directions.A computation program for Tou-Kung stiffness is designed.The program can automatically output three sets of Tou-Kung stiffness through the input parameters.The output stiffness data can be used for reference when setting parameters of Tou-Kung in the whole model of wooden structure. |
