| Nowadays,people’s living standards are steadily rising,and with it comes people’s pursuit of a higher quality of life.In order to improve the quality of travel and the quality of life,private cars have entered thousands of households and have become a necessary travel tool for every household.Up to now,my country’s car ownership has reached 350 million,and this number is still increasing sharply.Therefore,the problem of difficult parking will become more difficult.The vertical three-dimensional circulation garage designed and studied in this paper aims to alleviate the problem of urban parking difficulties.The paper mainly made the following research:The chain link transmission mode of the traditional vertical circulation three-dimensional garage is changed to rope transmission to avoid the polygon effect of the movement speed during chain link transmission,and reduce the speed fluctuation and additional dynamic load.Carry out lightweight design and finite element analysis on the car board of the connecting arm and the gondola.Analyze and study the non-interference of the car gondola in motion,establish a mathematical model of the transmission system,carry out static and dynamic simulations on the gondola,find the reasons and solutions for the periodic swing of the gondola,and provide a stable transmission system.The steel structure of the garage is statically analyzed under three different working conditions: no-load,maximum partial load and full load.In addition,the main structure of the garage is modal analysis,and the deformation of the steel structure at the respective vibration frequencies is analyzed.And calculate the vibration generated when the motor rotates and the rope is transmitted,so as to avoid resonance with the steel structure and damage the main structure.Finally,the statics analysis of the garage under the action of wind load is carried out to confirm that the steel structure can be used safely and stably.The research in this article provides a new scheme for the development of vertical circulation three-dimensional garage and injects new energy into it. |
