Research On Optimization Of Science And Technology Archives Management In Z Design Institute

With the rapid development of the reform and development,China’s science and technology also meets its rapid growth,as well as the number of its archives.As a result,the archives management is facing a serious challenge.Z Design Institute is a large comprehensive design institute with a history of 50 years.There are a large number of scientific and technological archives in the archive room.However,the archive management has not been paid enough attention.It is the mainstream to informationize the archives in today’s development of archives.The management of science and technology archives in design institutes lags behind the development of the times,and the management meets many problems.To meet the requirements of development,the management of science and technology archives of Z Design Institute should also speed up the pace of reform in order to greatly improve the management level of science and technology archives.This paper takes Z Design Institute as the research object,investigates the status quo of science and technology archives management in the design institute,and through qualitative and quantitative analysis,deeply excavates the causes of the problems.The investigation found that due to the low level of information management of science and technology archives and the backward archives management process,Z Design Institute has serious quality problems,including low archiving rate,poor utilization efficiency and management process efficiency.To solve the problems,this paper optimizes the daily management process of science and technology archives,including archive collection,archive filing,archive borrowing,archive return,of Z Design Institute,and establishes the evaluation index system of optimization effect.The index weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the expected effect of the optimized scheme is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the actual management effect before and after the optimization is compared and analyzed.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the optimization scheme has a good effect on improving the management of science and technology archives.Finally,from the aspects of information security and effective implementation of process optimization of science and technology archives management,the safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme and improve the quality and efficiency of science and technology archives management.
