Study On Relevant Strategies Of Renewal And Reconstruction Of Existing Residential Areas In Shangqiu City

As an important part of the city,residential area is not only the main carrier to meet people’s daily life,but also an important space for urban residents to communicate.As home-based elderly care has gradually become the mainstream elderly care model in today’s society,for the elderly,especially the elderly,residential areas are often the most important places for their daily leisure and communication.In order to comprehensively improve the living environment of community residents,the State Council has successively promulgated relevant policies,which are directly funded and subsidized by the government to promote the transformation of old communities across the country.In this context,Shangqiu City has carried out a large-scale reconstruction project of old residential areas in recent years.Although the residential areas have been upgraded to a certain extent,the investigation shows that the current situation of the reconstruction of old residential areas in Shangqiu City is not satisfactory.There are some problems,such as the reconstruction is not deep and complete,the lack of public opinion survey,the transformation form is too single,and the expected purpose of the reconstruction has not been achieved.From a national perspective,a large number of reconstruction work is being carried out or will be carried out.The research on the problems and corresponding strategies in the reconstruction of existing residential areas has very important and urgent practical significance.Based on the survey of residents’ satisfaction,this paper clearly classifies the content of existing residential reconstruction in Shangqiu City,and studies the design strategy of existing residential reconstruction in combination with residents’ perspective and reconstruction opinions.It is divided into the following parts:(1)This paper combs the research status of the transformation of existing residential areas at home and abroad,and lays a theoretical foundation for the later research,including the application of environmental psychology focusing on the transformation of community public space,the analysis of people’s psychology,activities and performance in specific scenes,and the significance of this theory for space construction.(2)Carry out field investigation on the current situation of the reconstruction of existing residential areas in Shangqiu City,determine four case communities,investigate and summarize their existing reconstruction contents,classify them from four aspects: residential building reconstruction,community environment reconstruction,infrastructure construction and service facilities construction and reconstruction,and find out other existing problems while affirming the previous reconstruction achievements.(3)Make a questionnaire of residents’ satisfaction.On the one hand,the content is the collection of the personal situation of the respondents,and the results can be compared with the corresponding mean value of Shangqiu City to ensure the scientificity of the research;On the other hand,it is divided into 4 main items and 22 sub items for the respondents to fill in the satisfaction questionnaire and obtain the corresponding data.Then,according to the residents’ filling in of each transformation content,it is summarized and imported into spss22 for data descriptive analysis to obtain the average satisfaction of residents with the transformation,and the relevant evaluation is carried out in a quantitative way.At the same time,the interview opinion analysis is carried out to make up for the limitations of the questionnaire survey.Therefore,the establishment of the transformation content is formed by the combination of the above two methods.(4)Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward a variety of strategies for the transformation of existing residential areas in Shangqiu City,including the transformation of single buildings and residential space environment based on the principle of aging design,and the construction of supporting facilities on the premise of improving residents’ quality of life.(5)This paper systematically summarizes the article,and hopes that the reference opinions of residents will be more integrated into the transformation of existing residential areas in the future,so as to fully reflect people-oriented;In terms of the scheme design of the transformation,reflect the humanized transformation idea,make reasonable planning and overall layout,and finally create a comfortable and livable living place.
