Under the environmental background that prefabricated buildings are greatly encouraged by the government and supported by policies,the pace and scale of its development has entered a new stage.However,the management work and process of prefabricated buildings are becoming more and more complicated,and further development has also received certain restrictions because of the current situation of mixed personnel in the industry,mixed standards and regulations,and imperfect institutional systems.This paper collects safety accident data in the past fifteen years,and then conducts quantitative statistical analysis and visual display of spatial and temporal distribution in order to study the development trend and quantity changes of construction engineering accidents in the future.These historical data are used as the original samples to build the gray prediction model,and the feedback neural network is used to optimize the accuracy of the model,which makes the prediction results more reliable.Use this model to forecast the number of accidents for the next three years(2020-2022).The results show that the number of accidents is generally stable but there is a certain slow growth trend,so its management methods and construction techniques should be developed and innovated.This paper uses the social network analysis method to establish a network of health influencing factors and conducts macro network analysis and micro node analysis to promote the healthy development of the prefabricated building supply chain.The calculation results of the overall and unit parameters of the network show that the factor network has a small-world effect,and the transmission of internal factors has a certain viscosity,among which the timeliness of transportation,design changes,and adequacy of information sharing are key positions.Therefore,the supply chain management of prefabricated buildings should be combined with information technology to achieve the goals of timely transmission of data in the whole chain,true and reliable information,and healthy operation of the supply chain,especially for key factors to be monitored.This paper integrates Building Information Modeling(BIM)and Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)to build a four-level prefabricated building intelligent management system in order to realize the effective monitoring of safety accidents of prefabricated buildings and the coordinated and healthy operation of the supply chain.Then this paper uses the literature review method to summarize the evaluation indicators of the operation effect and establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to provide a scientific basis for the future optimization of the system.The intelligent management system established in this paper has certain guiding significance for reducing safety accidents and promoting the smooth supply chain.It promotes the informatization management and intelligent construction of prefabricated buildings,and promotes the development of management methods and methods towards the informatization and dataization of identification and tracking with the Internet of Things and data cloud processing.
