The transportation tasks in the southern waters of Bohai are arduous,and the traffic volume has always been high.With the construction of Binzhou and Dongying Ports,the volume of water traffic will continue to increase,increasing the potential risk of water traffic accidents.Traffic safety in the southern waters of Bohai has become a necessity Important issues to consider.The key to solving the problem is to design and implement the route planning of the southern waters of Bohai Bay scientifically and rationally.Based on the consideration of the current and future oilfield development and utilization of this water area,this paper has formulated three alternatives for the Binzhou-Changshan waterway.In order to optimize the three kinds of route planning schemes,this paper comprehensively analyzes various factors that affect route planning,and conducts a comprehensive study on the optimization of route planning schemes.From the three perspectives of natural environmental factors,geographical environmental factors and management factors,the influence of each index on the optimization of the route planning scheme is explained.Based on the analysis of4 aspects of economic efficiency,an index system for the optimization of the BinzhouChangshan waterway route scheme has been established.Finally,this dissertation combines relevant theoretical knowledge to establish a route planning scheme optimization model based on the extension matter-element theory,and determines the weight of the route through a combination of comprehensive integration weighting methods.The optimization evaluation of the three route schemes from Binzhou to Changshan waterway was carried out,and it was concluded that the second scheme was the best scheme.Finally,this dissertation combines relevant theoretical knowledge to establish a route planning scheme optimization model based on the extension matter-element theory,determines the classic domain and section domain of the route scheme,and determines the optimal weight of the route scheme through a combination of comprehensive integration weighting methods.Calculate the comprehensive relevance of the three route plans,determine the evaluation grades of the three route plans,introduce and calculate the characteristic values of the grade variables,conduct a preferred evaluation of the three route plans from Binzhou to Changshan waterway,and obtain the optimal plan.The calculation process of the optimal model of route planning scheme based on the extension matter-element theory is simple and intuitive,and the weight is determined by the comprehensive integrated weighting method,which can increase the accuracy of the weight value.
