| As a pillar industry in China,the construction industry has created a large number of jobs and driven the development of upstream and downstream industries.However,the construction industry has always been dominated by traditional working methods,with a low level of informatization.As an important part of the construction industry,project cost is the only subdividing specialty involved in the economic field in the construction industry,which is related to construction investment and cost control.There are also widespread problems such as backward business philosophy,lagging management mechanism,slow application of information technology,etc.,resulting in a large deviation between the project cost management effect and the expected goal,and the construction project investment amount far exceeds the budget.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a new information technology that generates digital models by computer for building project entities.With its high data integration,efficient collaboration and visual work mode,it provides great convenience for all stages of the project and provides more efficient and convenient data interaction mode for all participants of the project.The emergence of BIM technology can be regarded as a revolutionary technological development in the construction industry.Its value has been more and more recognized and will become the leading technology in the future engineering construction field in China.However,the actual application of BIM in engineering cost industry is not optimistic.This paper makes a deep study on the obstacles of BIM technology in engineering cost industry.This paper introduces the concepts of BIM and project cost,the basic theory of factor analysis and interpretation structure model(ISM)used in the study,elaborates the application mode of BIM in project cost,and analyses the problems existing in the application of BIM in project cost.Through reading a lot of literature and visiting experts,20 impediments of BIM technology application in engineering cost are summarized and extracted.Based on Likert scale,a questionnaire is designed and distributed to Anhui Consulting Enterprise for Engineering Cost.In the analysis of the questionnaire,SPSS software is used to test the reliability and validity of the data to ensure the reliability and validity of the basic survey data.Through factor analysis of 20 impediments in the questionnaire,6 common factors are found,which are technical standard impediment,business concept impediment,software function impediment,economic cost impediment,human resources impediment and policy system impediment.At the same time,based on the relevant theory of interpretative structure model,the above six categories of obstacles are further studied,the interpretative structure process model(ISM)is constructed,the logical hierarchical relationship between the six categories of obstacles is determined,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to this result.Figure 38 table 14 reference72... |
