| In recent years,the demand for asphalt concrete in China’s real estate,water conservancy,highway and other industries is increasing day by day.At present,China has become one of the countries with the largest output and using of asphalt concrete in the world.The rapid development of infrastructure depends on high-quality engineering materials,therefore,highquality asphalt concrete is of great significance.With the rapid development of asphalt mixing plants in my country,higher requirements are put forward for the quality,precision,cost and environmental protection of finished materials,so it is necessary to design a fully automatic highperformance asphalt concrete mixing plant control system.This system takes the production of the asphalt mixing station as the research background,designs and studies the high-performance electrical control system in order to ensure the quality and precision of asphalt concrete finished materials.Two core control modules,the batching weighing system and the heating and drying temperature control system,are deeply studied and optimized in this system.In the process of dynamic metering and batching,the material falls from the feeding device to the weighing hopper,and because there is still spare material in the air,the weight data obtained by the weighing system can not accurately reflect the actual weight of the material.Finally,the actual weight of the material in the weighing bucket should include air surplus value.For the measurement error caused by the symmetrical accuracy of the remaining material in the air,it can be chosen to cut off the material flow and close the feed door in advance.After continuously optimizing the temperature control scheme,the fuzzy RBF neural network PID control algorithm is used to optimize the temperature.The simulation results show that the algorithm has a good effect on the heating temperature control system.The temperature stability of the material in the heating and drying process of the asphalt mixing station is an important factor affecting the mixing of the asphalt mixture and the quality of the finished material.The temperature control of heating and drying process is difficult to be well controlled because of its many interference factors,non-linearity,large lag and so on.After continuously optimizing the temperature control scheme,the fuzzy RBF neural network PID control algorithm is used to optimize the temperature.The simulation results show that the algorithm has a good temperature control effect on the system.According to the environment and the actual situation of the asphalt mixing station,the system adopts the design mode of PLC+computer.The production information management system of asphalt concrete mixing plant should include two functions:dynamic monitoring and statistical analysis.The former can monitor the on-site industrial process,while the latter can statistically analyze the production data.According to the design requirements of the control system,the main control equipment selects the programmable logic controller(PLC),and uses the TIA software to write the lower computer program to control the process of the system,and WinCC is used to design the dynamic monitoring interface.The dynamic monitoring interface shows the whole technological process of the asphalt concrete mixing plant,which contains the various controls of the system and the system data of real-time monitoring,including login interface,formula display,formula setting,parameter setting,debugging and alarm interface and other functions.Considering the storage and transmission of on-site data,this paper chooses C/S architecture to design the process system,chooses the C#language of Visual Studio software to design the information query interface,and combines SQLSever database to use OPC communication to access PLC data in real time to realize the dynamic monitoring of production data,parameter setting and report printing and other functions.The asphalt mixing station system designed in this paper not only improves the automation level of industrial process,but also ensures the quality of asphalt concrete.The effectiveness of the scheme is proved by simulation and debugging,which is of positive significance for the development of asphalt mixing station in the future. |
