With the rapid development of China's construction and highway industries,the demand for concrete is increasing day by day,and China has become the country with the largest production and use of concrete.As the core module of the concrete mixing station,the weighing system directly affects the quality and performance of the finished concrete product.At present,in the dynamic weighing of concrete,many problems such as the physical characteristics of the equipment,the characteristics of the materials,and the dynamic changes of the measurement data have led to a reduction in weighing accuracy and it is difficult to meet the higher requirements of enterprises.Cost and increasing production capacity have important practical significance.This article takes the concrete mixing station weighing system as the research object.First,starting from the structure of the powder weighing system of the concrete mixing station,the main equipment of the weighing system,the screw conveyor and the two-speed asynchronous motor,are introduced,and the main factors affecting the weighing accuracy are analyzed according to the weighing mechanism.Quantitative mathematical model.According to the high and low speed two-level feeding strategy,the best switching point of high and low speed is established.In order to further improve the weighing accuracy,the symmetrical weighing process and the control strategy cause optimization problems.Then,around the improvement of the weighing process and the correction of the weighing system,iterative self-learning control is introduced to correct the closing advance for the remaining material in the weighing process,and the reasonable relationship between the feeding speed and the weighing accuracy is coordinated through simulation to achieve the ideal Control effect;The impact load is analyzed by the discrete element method.Aiming at the impact of the symmetrical accuracy of the impact load,a conical sliding plate of the buffer device is designed and verified by simulation.Then,the system oscillation problem caused by the symmetrical weighing strategy was proposed,and an adaptive correction algorithm was proposed to improve the dynamic quality of the weighing system.Finally,the batching control system was designed,and the "industrial computer + PLC" control scheme was determined.The hardware was selected and analyzed.The software was designed with the host computer monitoring interface and PLC control program to ensure the batching control system.Reliable operation.The research results in this paper have improved the accuracy of weighing concrete batching and provided a theoretical basis for the development and improvement of concrete machinery and equipment.The theoretical research results can be further promoted to granular material batching equipment.
