In recent years, with the development of transportation cause, therequirements of pavement construction machinery will increase greatly.People will pay more attention to the technical level and product qualityof Asphalt Mixing Plant(AMP) which is one of the important constructionequipment in road construction. In this paper, we will research the methodof improving gradation accuracy, because it is one of the basic functionsof the AMP.This paper firstly researched the working principle and craftscharacteristic of AMP. Based on the analysis of the main factors that affectthe gradation accuracy, we proposed solving scheme to different reason.And the working device was successfully developed. With the using of thisdevice, the gradation accuracy has been remarkably raised.In order to increasing strength and work reliability of vibratingscreen, the ANSYS finite element analysis programm is used to calculatethe stress states and structural deformation. In this procedure, thevibration frequency and mode shapes were analyzed, and mass data wereobtained through the above analysis. This can provide evidence for theoptimization design of vibrating screen.The control technology of weighing system on AMP was be research inorder to improve the accuracy of weighing system. This paper put forwardthe solution method which based on expert database for weighing system,and establishing mathematical models for control system. The gradationaccuracy has been remarkably raised after this control technology was usedon AMP. Three aggregate gradation accuracy validation system was be developedbased on the long-term engineering practice. The system can ensure everyprocess is correct in asphalt mixture production process. This newlytechnology is of great value to the high-efficient production of asphaltmixing plant.
