Research On The Planning Of Fengxiang County Industrial Park Rely On City And Industry Integration

With the development of China's economy into a new normal state,urbanization into the stock optimization of the critical period,"City and industry integration" as a new concept of development,in line with the new urbanization development demands,once put forward to quickly get the community's general concern.In the current town of China is set off the wave of the construction of industrial parks,the integration of the development of the city is generally considered the development of industrial park oriented.At present,the understanding of the city and industry integration has no uniform standard.Most academic opinions believe that the core of the city and industry integration is the integration of the function of the city and the city in the space.The function of the land is compounded and the city is matched with the scale of the city.The development of an important way to study the majority of the object for the big city industrial park,industrial area and scale,and small and medium-sized town industrial park planning for the study of the object less.The future small and medium-sized towns as the main force of urbanization,its industry and the development of the relationship between the city is very important to select a typical object of study,to build a suitable industrial park in such a city industrial development planning theory is of great significance.Through the research and summarization of the relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper draws lessons from the success stories of Suzhou Industrial Park,and combines the case of Wenzhou Zhenan Science and Technology City,Shenzhen Shekou Net Valley,Xi Xian New District and Sheqi County Industrial Cluster.Oriented industrial park planning theory,put forward the industrial park to achieve the city and industry integration need to implement the "regional co-ordination,functional integration" of the planning concept.The development of the "regional co-ordination" includes the development pattern of the industrial park into the urban pattern,the industrial development to regional synergy,the sharing of public service facilities to achieve sharing and differentiation of three aspects,"functional integration" development includes land use planning to achieve functional complex and job balance,Traffic organization to achieve bus priority and low-carbon slow,cultural development to achieve integration into the park style and value of three aspects.Fengxiang County is a typical town in Guanzhong area.In recent years,the economy has developed rapidly.Changqing Industrial Park,Liulin Industrial Park and Science and Technology Eco-city have made outstanding contributions to the national economy and social development.However,There are unreasonable industrial structure,extensive development model,the lack of integration of park space,functional fragmentation,lack of culture and other issues,to achieve healthy and sustainable development of industrial parks will take the road of city and industry integration.This paper puts forward the "regional planning" and "functional integration planning",and the "regional planning" put forward the macro-pattern of the industrial park into the development pattern of Fengxiang County,and the industrial development of the industrial park towards regional cooperation.,The layout of the public service facilities in the industrial park to achieve the county resources sharing and differentiated configuration coexist,"functional integration planning" proposed land use layout to achieve functional complex and job balance,traffic organization to achieve bus priority and low-carbon slow,cultural development into the industrial park style and to achieve value improvement.
