Study On Cost Control Strategy Of Construction Project Of CSI

With the rapid development of the national economy,the national modernization construction is also in-depth,starting to have higher and higher demand for energy,and the problem of power supply shortage is more and more serious.In order to solve the contradiction between energy and environment,the state strongly supports the construction of sustainable green energy projects.Therefore,the construction of photovoltaic power generation project ushered in new development and opportunities,but at the same time,the construction and management of photovoltaic power plant project also ushered in new requirements and challenges.With the continuous improvement of the construction system of photovoltaic power station in recent years,the requirements for the construction quality of photovoltaic power station projects are becoming higher and higher.How to strengthen the project management,improve the project quality,strengthen the cost control of construction projects and improve the use efficiency of limited funds under the existing strict system and severe social environment has an important guiding significance.CSI is one of the first batch of new energy companies to enter the domestic market to develop and build photovoltaic power plants.So far,the construction of power plants at home and abroad has a certain scale.However,with the adjustment of domestic new energy policy,the profits of power plants are gradually reduced.In order to adapt to market changes,the cost control of power plant construction is extremely important.Project cost control is a global system.It is necessary to focus on the overall goal of project cost control,reasonably decompose and set various control sub goals,confirm the cost control responsibility of each unit,decompose and implement it to each link,each department and each responsible person,comprehensively promote the implementation,and jointly build a mature project cost control system,so as to improve the project cost management ability.This paper takes the construction of Lupu photovoltaic power station in Funing of CSI as an example,first summarizes the construction situation of atlas company and Atlas photovoltaic power station,and analyzes the existing cost control problems combined with the current situation of construction cost control of atlas power station;secondly,identifies the construction cost control factors of atlas photovoltaic power station,and analyzes the cost deviation;then analyzes the power station.The cost management and control strategies in the early,middle and late stages of the construction are optimized;finally,the corresponding conclusions and enlightenment are formed.With the fierce competition in the photovoltaic power plant construction industry,the focus of photovoltaic power plant construction business tends to cost control.The research of this paper has practical value and significance for the precise cost management of photovoltaic power station construction and how to strengthen cost control and optimization strategies under the environment of intelligent Internet,and provides enlightenment for the same industry.
