Research On The Factors Affecting The Standardization Of Quality Management Of Construction Projects And The Path To Achieve IT

Economic globalization is one of the important characteristics of the world’s economic development.With the deepening of economic globalization,the domestic and foreign construction market has also been a sustainable development.In the past decade,the total construction industry and construction industry have increased year by year.At the same time,China’s economic development has also entered a "new normal".Compared with the rapid growth in the past,construction growth has leveled off.China’s construction industry is faced with many problems of low production efficiency,large waste volume,poor quality of construction personnel and low degree of industrialization.This is also accompanied by many challenges in safety,quality,and cost.In the face of new challenges,our construction industry quality management model must strive for new breakthroughs and progress.To sum up,according to the development experience of developed countries,the way out is to introduce a standardized management model in the highly competitive construction market.The introduction of standardization will significantly improve operational efficiency,reduce production costs,and improve the level of engineering quality.Foreign related fields showed their attention to the quality management standardization research earlier.However,due to the relatively lag of research in China,the systematic research on the standardization of construction engineering quality management is still insufficient,and the research on the influencing factors and the implementation path of the standardization of project quality management has not yet been completed.In the process of construction and practice,the standardized management measures and the standardized management system still need to be improved.By reviewing the research results of many scholars and experts,this paper summarizes the quality management situation of construction projects,expounds the connotation of the four primary indicators,11 secondary indicators of the construction engineering quality management are identified,and further find the key influencing factors through weight analysis;Based on the root theory,through the collection,analysis,refining and coding of engineering quality management and quality management standardization,the core category of engineering quality management standardization implementation is gradually dug out.Within a certain range,the validity and saturation of the theoretical conclusions are verified,and then the realization path and steps of the engineering quality management standardization are constructed according to the actual logic line.The research data and evaluation indicators in this paper are not only based on the domestic and foreign literature reading and the existing theoretical research results,but also on the actual data recorded by the questionnaire survey and the interview.Therefore,the research results of this paper are more close to the current actual construction activities and the practice of engineering quality management,and can better reflect the actual situation.The specific implementation suggestions have certain guiding significance,which will further promote the standardization of quality management in the construction industry.
