Research And Application Of Key Process Quality Prediction And Control Of RV Reduce

As one of the core components of industrial robots,RV reducer has a huge market in China.However,the current quality level of domestic RV reducer is low and it is difficult to achieve self-sufficiency.Assembly is an important part in terms of determining the quality of RV reducers,but in the actual assembly process of N Company,due to the lack of effective quality control means,multiple "trial and errors" are required to meet the quality needs.Therefore,in this paper,taking the RV reducer produced by N Company as the research object,in order to achieve the high-quality and high-efficiency production of RV reducers,the following research is carried out aiming at the prediction and control of the key process quality of the RV reducer.First of all,the development history of RV reducers and the current research status of related theories at home and abroad are introduced,and chapters are arranged according to the research content.By comparing methods of various quality characteristic identification,quality prediction and prediction model optimization,the process and research technology framework of RV reducer assembly quality prediction and control are given.Secondly,in view of the high dimension of the RV reducer mass data set,the Relief-GAWrapper combined algorithm is selected to reduce the dimension of the quality data set.Then the RV reducer assembly quality prediction model is constructed based on SSA-BP,and an assembly quality pre-control scheme is proposed according to the assembly quality prediction model.Finally,combined with the current situation of the RV reducer assembly workshop of N Company,the quality prediction and control system development of RV reducer is carried out,providing a visual quality management interface for quality management personnel,which is of practical significance for improving the quality and efficiency of the key process of RV reducer and promoting the informatization of quality management work in the assembly workshop of N Company.
