With the development of intelligent technology,unmanned driving technology has gradually matured.In the context of the rapid development of the intelligent transportation industry,fully automatic driverless technology will bring new types of human-vehicle relationships and human-vehicle interaction scenarios.The automobile will also transform from a single means of transportation to a “third space” with diversified services.People’s daily travel has a huge impact.The combined application of driverless cars and shared travel can alleviate traffic pressure on the one hand,and on the other hand make driverless cars easier to be accepted and used by people.Sharing driverless cars will be an inevitable trend in the development of smart transportation in the future.In order to match the relationship between driverless cars and shared travel,the service process of shared driverless cars has also changed accordingly.Taking this as the starting point,this article extends the scenario-based design theory to the interactive design of the shared driverless car service process,combines user needs,builds a scenario-based design theory-based automotive interaction design process,and proposes design strategies to guide the shared driverless car.The conceptual design of interaction in the service process of driving cars promotes the development of shared travel and creates a sustainable ecological civilization.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Analyze and study the theory of scenario-based design and the development trend of interactive design for shared unmanned vehicles,clarify the theories and research carriers needed in this article,establish the relationship between scenario-based design and vehicle interaction design,and provide a reference for interactive design of shared unmanned vehicles.(2)Collect user needs through data collection,questionnaire surveys,and user interviews,analyze and understand objective scenarios,i.e.use scenarios of shared cars,to derive user needs,combine users’ expectations for shared driverless cars,and use cross-analysis and K-Prototype cluster analysis method determines the target user group and constructs the user portrait.(3)Establish a scenario-based interactive design process for shared driverless cars,build a target scenario,that is,use scenarios for shared driverless cars,and propose design strategies to guide design practice.(4)Under the guidance of the research results of this paper,the interactive design practice of shared driverless cars was completed,and the feasibility experiment was carried out using the SUS scale method.
