Research On Rebuilding Design Of Characteristic Tourist Residence With Regional Culture

With the rapid development of today’s era,people’s living standards are improving day by day,and the demand for spiritual level is higher and higher in recent months,so the rapid development of tourism has become an inevitable trend.However,the continuous improvement of urbanization level,on the one hand,has accelerated the rapid development of economy and promoted the process of modernization;on the other hand,under the background of this rapid development,there must be impact on traditional culture,erosion of localization and regionalization.Therefore,the spiritual and cultural needs of experience also promote the transformation of tourism mode,and rural tourism has become a popular way of tourism.Furthermore,on the premise that the National Rural Revitalization Strategy is put forward as the internal driving force,the development of rural homestay has become an inevitable product for the development of rural tourism.Rural homestay is designed to provide tourists with the most direct regional cultural experience,so that tourists can feel the beauty of nature,ecology and culture.From the point of view of spiritual connotation,it has become a kind of accommodation that is close to the heart of tourists.However,the rapid development of rural residential buildings also exposed many problems.From the literature research and the comprehensive analysis of practical cases,on the one hand,due to the lack of effective design theory guidance,a large number of homestays become the product of assembly line design;on the other hand,the lack of industry standards and the impact of commercial interests,resulting in the uneven quality of rural homestays.Generally speaking,the rural homestay in the impact of urbanization has not obvious characteristics,standards are not complete,development is not stable.However,as the core element of rural homestay,regional characteristics grasp the characteristics of regional culture,which is the core of the development of rural homestay.Therefore,how to integrate the elements of rural homestay development,give full play to the unique ecological and cultural resources of the countryside,and create a high-quality rural homestay with regional characteristics has become a hot topic discussed by relevant scholars,and also provides a strong background support for the research of this topic.From the perspective of regional characteristics,this paper grasps the essence and soul of rural residential development,and provides theoretical guidance and design principles of rural residential development from the perspective of regional design strategies.Taking the practice of rural residential renovation design in Xiejiao village,Pingyao County,Shanxi Province as an example,this paper tests the feasibility and shortcomings of design strategies and design principles from the perspective of regional characteristics,and discusses how to grasp the unique local characteristics and cultural background in the landscape design of rural residential buildings.The author will take the unique texture of rural regional architecture as the starting point,and conduct in-depth research on the design of contemporary characteristic rural residential buildings.
