In order to further improve the service quality of China’s civil aviation industry,meet people’s growing demand for air travel transportation,and realize "the strategic planning of building a country with strong transportation and civil aviation power",it is particularly important to research and develop passenger interface design in civil aircraft cabins that oriented by passenger demand,personalized and characteristic services development and passenger service experience optimization.This paper aims to provide methods for passenger interfaces optimization design in civil aircraft to meet passengers’ needs for comfortable experience,emotional needs and functional configuration,and propose scientific and feasible optimization schemes to help transform and upgrade civil aviation and strengthen civil aviation.Firstly,the background,significance,research methods and innovations of this study are described.By studying the interaction between the demand of business class personnel and the passenger interface in the business class of wide-body aircraft,the optimization direction of in-cabin function configuration,key man-machine dimensions,interface layout and design is analyzed.The feasible methods and measures of in-cabin passenger interface optimization based on HOQ relationship matrix method and other design and research methods are summarized,and the relationship and mode of action among them are explored to lay the theoretical foundation and overall framework for this paper.At the same time,this paper analyzes the researches of domestic and foreign commercial business class passengers interface,selects the typical designs from physiological needs,psychological needs,functional requirements,style image,user jobs demand such as mission requirements,the user interaction model and the research wide-body jet business class passengers interface in the aspects of layout,function,beautiful sex optimized design scheme,and provides design direction for the optimization design of passenger interface in the business class of my wide-body airliner.Furthermore,it provides a new method for the development and transformation of passenger interface in civil aircraft.Finally,based on the above research background and purpose,the diversified,dynamic and iterative design influencing factors are explored with guidance of passenger demand and consideration of technical requirements.Passenger interface in wide-body passenger aircraft business class under the influence of human-aircraft-environment interaction is studied from the perspective of emotional demand.Through the man-machine optimization of functions facilities of passenger interface in civil aircraft cabin,the research and analysis of the space layout,the demand research of integral atmosphere,using HOQ relation matrix method for the quality of house building,at the same time using emotional design,ergonomics,CMF summary effect analysis design method to systematically summarize the wide-body jet set business class passengers interface optimization design elements,this paper states that the passenger interface in the cabin of civil aircraft should be optimized to improve the appearance of products and the user experience of passengers,so as to contribute to the transformation and upgrading of civil aviation and the development of civil aviation.
